Admin Department

Position: Admin Officer
Education: Any graduate or diploma, Preferably BBA/MBA
Experience: 0-1 Year
No. of Vacancies: 2 (Two)

Major Job Responsibility:

* Data entry and manage existing data.
* Maintaining fruitful relationships with customers.
* Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and digital media.
* In house sales communication.
* Attending conferences, meetings, and institute events.
* Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings for marketing team.
* Update/Monitor web portal data.
* Manage accounts related file and bank activities.
* Help marketing team to achieve their goal.

Additional Job Requirements:

* Female will get preference
* Age 24 to 28 year's
* Any graduate, BBA/MBA will get preference
* Must have computer literacy with Internet browsing
* Must have the tendency to work in a team and ability to achieve the target
* Ability to work under pressure

Major Job Responsibility:

* News, Notice, Feature, Interview prepare and moderate in English for EduIcon.com
* Function as administrator for Edu Icon blog and Facebook page
* Add to creative and strategic content for EduIcon.com
* Create and post timely content on EduIcon.com
* Function as organizations lead social networker and manage social media presence
* Change to new content requirements, digital tools and collaborators
* Utilize photo editing and media creation programs to develop prototype and storyboards.

Additional Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree with technical writing and documentation.
* Excellent English written communication skills
* Ability to meet multiple, tight deadlines
* General knowledge about education sector in Bangladesh
* An understanding of keywords and Meta tags - Ability to write web page titles, Meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images etc.
