SAU admission test results published

Bachelor (Hons) first year admission test results of Sher-E-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU) under the academic session 2013-2014 has been published in two days on January 26, 2014. The result published in just two days after the test was taken.

The results were published on January 26, 2014 (Sunday afternoon), said the Public Relations Officer Bashirul Islam. The results will be known from university notice board and in addition to the university's website (www.sau.edu.bd), Bashirul said. Candidates will be admitted from the merit list on 28 and 29 January, 2014. Classes will begin from February 05, 2014.

Account BenefitPreviously decided admission test to be held on 29th November and 14th December 2013 was postponed due to the countrywide Hartal and blockade. After that, the authorities decided to take the admission test on January 24, 2014.

In current session total 15 thousand and 950 candidates applied for admission in 500 seats in 3 Faculties of the university. 32 candidates vie for each seat.

There are total 500 seats in SAU, 350 seats for Faculty of Agriculture, 75 seats for Faculty of Agribusiness Management and 75 seats for Faculty of Animal Science & Veterinary Medicine.
