1. Member of Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS)Cadre official with two years of experience in Bangladesh Bank.
2. Bangladesh nationals below 40 years of ages as on April 1st of 2013 (Born on/after April 2nd 1973).
3. Completed 16 years school education with at least Bachelor's Degree.
4. At least two 1st divisions or Equivalents with no third Division.
5. Officers who obtained Masters Degree from aboard are not eligible to apply.
6. Officers in the Military Service are not eligible to apply.
7. Officers in the Military Service are not eligible to apply.

Application documents must be submitted (from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00, Sunday - Thursday) by post or handed to : JICE JDS Project Office in Bangladesh, L-261, The Pan Pacific Sonargaon, 107, Kaji Najrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka- 1215, Bangladesh.

1. Documents Screening by Universities;
2. IELTS & Math Test (for reference purpose only);
3. Technical Interview by Japanese University Professor in Dhaka;
4. Comprehensive Interview by JDS Operating Committee in Dhaka &
5. Selection results will be informed from JICE project office only.

JDS fellows will acquire expert knowledge, conduct research, and build human networks in the master degree program at Japanese universities, and are expected to use such knowledge to take an active role in solving practical problems of the social and economic development issues that their countries are facing.
