2) Non-Thai citizen.

3) Graduated from high school outside Thailand and have permanent address in home country.

4) Have good academic record in high school education. A cumultive grade point average (GPAX) of at least 3.25 (out of 4.00) or equivalent is preferred.

Apply for admission online at: (https://www.cas.chula.ac.th/admission/). Send the following documents to (ise_exchange@eng.chula.ac.th) with message entitle "Scholarship Application Form for Foreign Student".

a) Completed "2015 ISE scholarship application form for foreign students living outside Thailand",
b) Curriculum Vitae and Statement of Purpose,
c) Latest Official transcript,
d) Two letters of recommendations from instructors or advisors,
e) Photocopy of passport,
f) Certificates of proficiency: English (TOEFL or IELTS), Mathematics (SAT I and II), Physics (SAT II) and Chemistry (SAT II). Score must be less than 2 years old based on the date of application.
