Eligible students are those, First time applicants, from a non-European Union state, whose household does not file taxes within the European Union, and who have been admitted to the Undergraduate or Master's program.

Only admitted students at Sciences Po University are considered for this scholarship. Therefore, you must apply for admissions to Sciences Po University and be accepted in order to be considered for this scholarship.

In order to apply to this scholarship you must notify it on your application form, as well as include a proof of income and documents explaining your family situation.

For the academic year 2014-2015, undergraduate applicants for the Emily Boutmy Scholarships must submit their application by 2 May 2014 at the very latest. Graduate applicants must submit their application by 3 April 2014. Applications received after these dates will not be processed.
