3. Research proposals for JIIA, max. pages of 5, A4 sized paper, typed with double space.
4. List of previous research (including topics, date of research, publication or journal name)
5. A letter of recommendation to President of JIIA
6. Certification of employment
7. Copy of diploma
8. Three photos (40 mm x 30 mm), one should be attached on the front page of application form
