IUT at European Rover Challenge

An especial Robot named Mars Rover is being the accompany of astronauts to take part in the enormous projects in space.

The scientists arranging 'Rover Challenge' competition with the students of different universities across the world in the field of robot design.

'European Rover Challenge (ERC)' is the world's biggest arrangements among the worldwide Rover challenges. IUT Mars Rover Team from Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Gazipur to take part in the competition for the second time this year in Poland.

Account BenefitThe two other teams from Bangladesh are going to compete there. A total of 34 teams from around the world are participating in this competition. The Robot made by IUT can be controlled from a distance and could greatly running in the hostile environment of Martian.

The members of IUT Mars Rover Team are- Araf Farayez, TM Monirujjaman, Mahmudul Alam, Jayed Ahmed, Abu Shayid, Fahriyal Alam, Md. Intisar Noor, Mirza Muntasir, Nazmus Sakib, Rayhanul Islam, Minhaz-us-Salekin, Md. Usama Islam, and Asif Iqbal.
