Application forms are available at: House 56, Road 4/A (Satmasjid Road), Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1209 on payment of. Tk. 500.

A complete application includes:
1. One Application form.
2. Four passport-sized color photographs.
3. Attested copies of all certificates and mark-sheets.
4. Testimonial/letter of recommendation from institution last attended on their official pad/letterhead.

Account Benefit

Minimum GPA of 2.50 (or second division) in SSC and HSC examinations (or their equivalent),
or at least one GPA 2.00 but aggregate GPA of 6.00 in SSC and HSC
or GCE “O” Level in 5 subjects and "A" Level in 2 subjects with at least 4 B Grade or GPA 4.00 and 3 C Grade or GPA 3.50 (using scale of A=5, B=4, C=3.5, D=2, E=1)
Sons/daughters of freedom fighters will be eligible for admission if they have an aggregate GPA of 5.0 in SSC and HSC.
Except above mentioned qualifications, candidates need a minimum GPA of 2.00 (or third Class/Division) in the Bachelor examination with two years job experience.

Admission test is Waived for candidates with minimum SAT score of 1100
