Application forms are available at: House 56, Road 4/A (Satmasjid Road), Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1209 .

A complete application includes:
1. One Application form.
2. Four passport-sized color photographs.
3. Attested copies of all certificates and mark-sheets.
4. Testimonial/letter of recommendation from institution last attended on their official pad/letterhead.

Account Benefit

1. Minimum GPA of 2.5 (or second division) in SSC and HSC examinations (or their equivalent) or at least one GPA 2.00 but aggregate GPA of 6.00 in SSC and HSC.
2. Sons/daughters of freedom fighters will be eligible for admission if they have an aggregate GPA of 5.0 in SSC and HSC.
3. GCE “O” Level in 5 subjects and “A” Level in 2 subjects with at least 4 B Grade or GPA 4.00 and 3 C Grade or GPA 3.50 (using scale of A=5, B=4, C=3.5, D=2, E=1).
4. Equivalent performance in other educational systems (e.g. IB or American High School Diploma) may be accepted, subject to the decision of ULAB's Equivalence Committee.

Admission test is Waived for candidates with minimum SAT score of 1100
