Application Form Price: 500 Tk.

In case of downloaded form, Form should be Color Printed & the Admission Form Processing Fee of Tk. 500/= will be charged at the time of Form Submission. Application form should be downloded from here.

Completed application form should be submitted with following required academic documents:

1. Attested Photocopy of all Mark Sheets and Certificates/Testimonial.
2. Three copies of recent colored passport sized photographs.
3. A Level appeared candidates are required to submit attested photocopy of A2 Statement of Entry and Mark Sheets of their A’S LEVEL Exam.
