Founded in January 4, 1985, as a non-political organization, its goal is not only to promote the welfare of the people of Feni living in the nation's capital, but also to help forward the status of the district of Feni itself through uniting those who aspire to contribute on helping the District of Feni leap forward. As a contribution to social development, Feni Samity Dhaka offers a wide range of annual scholarships to needy and deserving students of Feni. These scholarships are provided to the students of School, College, University and Madrasa through ads on both local and national newspapers. Other than such regular arrangement, Feni Samity Dhaka always pledges its heartiest support to any disastrous area in the district of Feni and beyond.

Feni Samity Dhaka is registered (Reg. ID. S-1152/12) at the Office of Social Welfare under the Association Registration Act 1860 of the Government of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh.
