To be eligible for Postgraduate Programs, applicants must:
be a citizen of a country other than Turkey (Anyone holding or ever held Turkish citizenship before cannot apply); not be a registered student in Turkish universities at the level of study they are applying; for master's programs (no earlier than 01.01.1988); be under the age of 35 for doctorate programs (no earlier than 01.01.1983); • For applicants applying to Research Program: Those who were born no earlier than 01.01.1973, • Applicants shouldn’t have any health problems barrier to education.; have at least 75 % cumulative grade point average or diploma grade over their maximum graduation grade or have at least 75 % success in any accepted national or international graduate admissions test; and be in good health.শিক্ষা সংক্রান্ত খবরাখবর নিয়মিত পেতে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করুন অথবা Log In করুন।

Account Benefit

Application can only be made online through www.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr. Candidates are required to submit/upload all the required information and/or documents through the application system.

Applications made by post, courier or by hand will not be accepted.

Candidates are expected to open the online application system (tbbs.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr),

Create a user account by entering their e-mail address and password,

Log into the system and complete the application form,

Upload the requested documents to the system.

Interview information will be delivered by e-mails and online application system. Interviews will be held face to face or via communication tools in the countries where Turkish Consulates or Embassies don’t exist.

The selection of candidates is carried out according to academic achievement and interview performance. Türkiye Scholarships is a program based on academic success of the candidates.
