Students expecting to complete all graduation requirements by Summer 2012 term are requested to collect Graduation Application Form immediately from the office of the Registrar. Deadline for submitting the application form along with all supporting documents is September 30, 2012. Supporting documents include: 3 recent passport size photo in formal dress; the original copy of all previous educational certificates, transcripts etc, and one attested copy of all such documents. After verification documents will be returned to the applicant and the attested copies will remain with the application. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all academic requirements are completed, all library materials returned, and all dues fully paid. Graduation Application Fee of Tk. 5,000 must be paid at the time of submission.
