Admission Tests Begin From Nov 2, 2012

The admission tests for 1st year honors of University of Barisal (BU) under 2012-13 academic session will be held on November 2, 2012 and November 3, 2012.
The admission seekers can apply to sit for the test through registration by sending Tk 495 via Tele-talk mobile operator from September 1, 2012 to September 25, 2012.
The university has a total of 665 seats under four faculties and 10 departments.
Of them, 65 seats are in English Department while 65 in Bangla, 65 in Economics, 65 in Sociology, 65 in Public Administration, 70 in Marketing, 70 in Management, 70 in Accounting and Information System, 65 in Mathematics and 65 in Environmental Science Departments.
The willing admission seekers can apply for any of the following three units under Ka, Kha and Ga units.
Mathematics and Environmental Science are under Ka unit while Bangla, English, Social Science, Public Administration and Economics under Kha unit and Management, Marketing, Accounting and Information System under Ga unit.
