Prof Kabir - JU VC Again?!

Who will be the next VC of Jahangirnagar University (JU)? This is the new question after the VC panel election of JU.
JU organized the VC panel election on July 20, 2012. Professor Shariff Enamul Kabir tops in that VC panel election getting highest 50 votes. Besides, incumbent JU VC Prof Anwar Hossain, got 38 votes and Prof Nurul Alam was elected with 37 votes.
For getting highest votes and being a student of this university, many thinking that he is going to be next vc of JU.
Though some organizations of JU declared that, they will protest if chancellor appoints Shariff Enamul Kabir as the next VC.
The incumbent JU VC Prof Anwar Hossain is another option. He is accepted by all at JU. He is also president of Dhaka University Teachers Association. So he may also be appointed as the next VC.
Prof Shariff Enamul Kabir said, 'I thank senators for giving me votes, because they have elected me. And I will welcome that person who is appointed by the chancellor.'
