Seminar on Awareness About Fire & Earthquake Held at SU

A seminar on `Building Awareness about Fire & Earthquake` was held at Southeast University (SU) seminar hall on Saturday.
Prof Dr ANM Meshquat Uddin, Pro-Vice Chancellor of SU was the chief guest of the seminar. Major MM Motiur Rahman, director, Fire Service & Civil Defence Directorate was the keynote speaker while Prof Syed Fakhrul Hassan, dean (acting), School of Science and Engineering of SU presided over the seminar.
Lt Col (retd) Md Ali Ambial Haque Khan, registrar of the university, Prof Meer Mobashsher Ali, chairman, Department of Architecture were the discussants in the seminar. ANM Ahmed Ullah, Co-ordinator, Department of Textile Engineering delivered his welcome address. Deans, chairmen, teachers, students of the different department, officers were present in the seminar. In the seminar students got a clear vision and more information on building awareness about fire & earthquake.
