Deadline of DBBF Scholarship on 20 June

Dutch-Bangla Bank Foundation will award scholarships to meritorious and poor students studying at Bachelor level for full academic period.
For the students under city Corporation, applicants must have GPA 5.00 (without 4th Subject) in HSC. For the students of district town, applicants must have at least GPA 4.7 and the rural students must have at least GPA 4.50 in HSC.
Application form will be available in all the branches of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited, where there is no branch of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited; the applicants may apply in plain paper giving personal, academic and contact detail.
Following documents have to be attached with the application form - 4 copies of recent passport size photograph, photocopies of certificates, mark sheets/transcripts & testimonials (All documents will have to be duly attested by the institutional head/departmental head).
Moreover, income certificates of father/mother/guardian will have to be attached with the prescribed form after attested by a government official and the institutional Head/departmental Head.
Scholarship Duration is for 2-5years (Renewable).
Monthly Scholarship will be Tk. 2000/-. Onetime grant for reading materials will be Tk. 2500/- & onetime grant for clothing will be Tk. 1000/-
The scholarship will be renewable from year to year on the basis of the entire duration of a particular course, satisfactory result and academic performance duly certified or recommended by the Principal/Institutional Head.
Students containing scholarship from others sources will not qualify for Dutch Bangla Bank Foundation (DBBF) Scholarship.
90% scholarships will be allocated for rural students who have passed from the institution situated outside of City Corporation areas.
50% scholarships will be allocated for female students.
Application should reach to Head of Dutch-Bangla Bank Foundation, Senakalyan Bhaban (5th Floor), 195 Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000 on or before June 20, 2012.
