Business plan competition at EWU

The inaugural ceremony of the Inter-University Business Plan Competition 2017 held at East West University (EWU) on February 26, 2017 (Sunday).

Honorable Minister Mr. Tofail Ahmed, MP, Ministry of Commerce, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh inaugurated the ceremony as the Chief Guest.

In the inauguration program, he said those who demean the situation of Bangladesh in the past, now they are surprisingly commenting on our economic growth. He added the growth rate of GDP above 6 percent over the past eight years of the country is now admired around the world.

The "Inter-University Business Plan Competition 2017" organized by East West University Business Club (EWUBC). Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, Chairperson, Board of Trustees, EWU and former Governor of Bangladesh Bank Chaired the program while Professor Dr. MM Shahidul Hassan, Vice-Chancellor, EWU was the special guest.

Businessmen from the different sectors, members of the board of trustees of EWU, teachers, students and competitors from different universities were also present on the occasion.
