JnU A-unit entrance test

The seat plan of 'A' unit admission test under the Faculty of Science of Jagannath University (JnU) for the academic session 2016-2017 has been published.

The admission test will be simultaneously in 31 centers including the University campus from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on October 21, 2016 (Friday). A press release from the university's public relations office confirmed that on October 18, 2016 (Tuesday).

A total of 64,306 candidates have applied against 825 seats (Science-797 and others-28) of 'A' unit (Science and Life & Earth Science Faculty), that means approximately 78 students had applied for admission against each seat.

The release also said, like the admission tests in previous years, any type of electronic devices (calculators, watches and mobile phone) has been banned at the admission test halls. Everyone have to take part in the entrance test in the respective centers, otherwise, the exam papers would be rejected.

Account BenefitThe candidates have been asked to come to the test center by wearing short sleeve shirt and sandals. The mobile court will be responsible to prevent any unwanted incident.

The candidates also have been asked to bring two copies of the Admit Card at the admission test hall. No one can enter to the admission test hall without the Admit Card.
