Portrait unveiling event at RU

The portrait of Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy has been unveiled in front of the Suhrawardy Hall of Rajshahi University (RU).

The RU Vice-Chancellor Professor Muhammad Mizanuddin unveiled the portrait at the gate of the hall on June 26, 2016 (Sunday) at 1:00 pm.

Provost of the Suhrawardy Hall Professor Md. Anisur Rahman delivered the welcome speech at the portrait unveiling ceremony and residential teacher of Suhrawardy Hall Md. Abdullahil Baki was moderated the event.

RU Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Chowdhury Sarwar Jahan, Treasurer Professor Sayen Uddin, Director of the Institute of Bangladesh Studies Professor Swarochish Sarker, Student-teacher Cultural Centre Director Professor TMN Nurul Modasser Chowdhury, and Convener of the Provost Council Professor Md. Tajul Islam were also present at the time.
