NSTU 1st year admission process

The 11th batch Bachelor (Hons) 1st year admission process at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) under the academic session 2015-2016 will begin on January 11, 2016.

The detailed schedule for subject choice and admission process can be found at the NSTU website: (www.nstu.ac.bd). The selected candidates for admission must be admitted from 11 to 14 January and 17 to 19 January 2016.

Note that, according to the merit order, 224 candidates will be admitted in 'A' Group, 392 candidates in 'B' Group, 56 candidates in 'C' Group, and 130 candidates in 'D' Group.

In addition, 12 students of freedom fighters quota and 4 students of tribal quota will be admitted in 'A' Group, 21 freedom fighters quota students and 7 tribal quota students in 'B' Group, 3 freedom fighters quota students and 1 tribal quota students in 'C' Group, and 7 freedom fighters quota students and 3 tribal quota students in 'D' Group.

Account BenefitCandidates selected for disabled quota have to present at the campus on January 18, 2016 (Monday) at 10:00 am with the necessary documents including the disability certificate for admission for admission.

Candidates will be admitted according to the 2nd merit list if any seats left vacant. Students will be admitted in the freedom fighter quota (freedom fighters' priority) according to the government circular.

Documents required for admission:
1. Original mark-sheets of SSC and HSC with one attested copies of all certificates.
2. Admit card downloaded from Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd.
3. Five passport size color photos.
4. Citizenship certificate/birth/passport attested copy.
7. The first-term credit hour fees and other fees of approximately 22000/- (twenty two thousand) for all groups.
Students will not be permitted for admission without any of the above documents.
