Three Masters Courses Launched at Azizul Haque College

New masters courses launched

The best learning place in the northern part of Bangladesh, Government Azizul Haque College in Bogra introduced three new Masters Courses.

The classes of post-graduate (masters) final in Social Work, Finance, and Marketing courses to be started in this academic session. Through this, a total of 23 Honors and Masters courses were introduced at Azizul Haque College.

A press release signed by the college inspector of National University Professor Dr. Shamsuddin Elias confirmed that on December 24, 2015. This approval was given according to the decision of 72nd National University Affiliation Committee meeting.

Honors courses in Social Work, Finance and Marketing are introduced in this college in 2005-06 academic session. The students were taught through the associate teachers of others departments although there is no specialist teacher in these subjects.

Account BenefitAssistant Professor of Marketing department Shamsul Alam said, the results of Azizul Haque College students are very good despite the teacher shortage.

Principal of the College Professor Shams-ul-Alam said, students have to go to Dhaka, because any of the colleges in this area are not having master's course in Finance and Marketing. As a result, the poor students cannot afford higher education despite having talent.

"Especially, girls cannot attain Master's degree. Students in the region no more have to go Dhaka due to launching master's programs in Government Azizul Haque College. They will be able to study in Bogra at a relatively low cost", he added.
