NUB and Business Express Jointly Organize HR-QME Seminar

HR-QME seminar held at NUB

Faculty of Business Administration of Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) and Business Express jointly organized HR-QME seminar on November 28, 2015

Around fifty HR Managers from various business organizations in Bangladesh took part in the seminar held at the Dhanmondi campus of NUB.

Through mentioning the current international HR Policy, the Executive Director of DBL Group M. Sabbir Ali said, we cannot reach the right destination without the right HR Policy.

Speakers at the seminar said that only the theory taught in the current education system, where there is a lack of practical education.

Head of HR at BRAC IT Limited Miss Dilruba Sharmin Khan, ODS HR Manager of City Bank Ltd. Md. Masud Rayhan spokes on the occasion.

Account BenefitThe speakers also said, our graduates cannot find the appropriate result due to the lack of involvement with higher educational institutions and corporate organizations. They particularly stressed on Attitude and Employability Skills.

Pro-Vice Chancellor of Northern University Professor Dr. Anwarul Karim, Dean of the Faculty Professor Mustafa Kamal, Faculty Advisor Professor Dr. Shamsul Haque, Director of CMDR Md. Lutfar Rahman, Head of BBA department Dr. Mohammad Ikramul Islam, and Joint Registrar of Northern University Faijullah Koushik took part in the discussion among others.
