Two new departments at JUST

Students will be admitted in two new departments of honors level under the academic year 2015-16. Vice-Chancellor of Jessore University of Science and Technology (JUST) Professor Dr. Md. Abdus Sattar announced that.

The Vice-Chancellor announced that at a seminar of the University held on September 07, 2015 (Monday). He said, the two new department being introduced this year. The two departments are: BBA, and Agro Food Processing.

The commerce group students will get admission in the university after launching the BBA department. Students can be admitted to these two departments through the admission test this year. There are currently 16 departments in the University. Now the number of departments in JUST with these two departments is 18.

Account BenefitHowever, the university authorities was published the list of new subjects that will be opened in every year. The university will step further within 2020 if the new departments are opened according to the list.

The Vice-Chancellor said, Biomedical, Nursing, Textile Engineering and more subjects are expected to be launched in the coming years.
