Bachelor Level Orientation Program Held at HSTU and BU

Orientation program at HSTU and BU

Orientation program for the newly admitted students of Bachelor courses level-1, semester-1 in Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU) under the academic session 2014-2015 was held.

The program was arranged at the HSTU auditorium on February 22, 2015 (Sunday) at 5:00 pm. Former project director and member of regent board of the university, Dr. Anisur Rahman attended the program as the chief guest.

Vice-Chancellor of HSTU, Professor Amin presided over the ceremony. Registrar of the university, Md. Nazibur Rahman was given the welcome speech.

On the other hand, orientation program for the newly admitted students of Bachelor courses in Barisal University was held at the Hanif stage of the temporary campus.

Speaking on the occasion, Vice-Chancellor said to the newly admitted students, now is the time to build the life. Those students will get more success in life who put more effort in present.

Syndicate member of the university, Professor Hanif; Dean of Arts and Humanities Faculty, Dr. Muhsin Uddin; Chairman of Mathematics Department, Shafiul Alam; President of Teachers Association, Arif Hossain; general secretary, Abdul Qayyum; Head of the Departments and their representatives, Registrar (officiated), Monirul Islam and students were participated at the program.
