Fresher's Reception held at UITS

Fresher's reception for spring semester 2014 held at the University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS) amid festivity.

The fresher's reception program was held at the Baridhara campus of the university on January 24, 2015 morning.

Versatile writer and poet Syed Shamsul Haq was the chief guest while the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Dr. Mohammad Samad chaired the program. Board of Trustees of UITS and the Chairman of PHP Family, Sufi Mohammad Mizanur Rahman was the special guests.

The poet said in his chief guest speech, education is the main stairs for our development. He said the young student's, "We will proceed to the preferred destination. Not leave the helm."

Account BenefitSufi Mohammad Mizanur Rahman said, "Is it possible to be a noble man if you combine manners with education, initiation in education, devotion with work, patriotism and human virtue with life".

The Vice-Chancellor of UITS, Dr. Mohammad Samad motivates youth to learn the history of the War of Independence.

Pro-VC, Dr. KM Saiful Islam Khan was greeted the young students with flowers. Crests were given to the guests at the end of the ceremony.

Former Navy Chief, Vice Admiral Sarwar Jahan NDC, PSC, teachers, officers and employees were also present at the ceremony.
