Tanvir Shourav introduced with the name of Microsoft when he reading in fourth grade. The name was floating in the monitor when the computer opens.

He was known there is a Microsoft Office in Bangladesh when he went to learn the programming language in the Intermediate level. The dreams have begun since then.

He started to develop the mobile application during the study in Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST). Success was come in the campus and the outside. As a result, he got the chance to work as Microsoft Student Partner.

Six-month internship is mandatory in their four-year Bachelor studies. He applied online for internship at Microsoft Bangladesh office. Written test is taken to verify applicant's qualifications. Then the results announced after taken interviews. Shourav had not to give the written test due to his well results in various competitions. He got the chance for internship directly through interview.

Internship is a great opportunity to understand the job for a student. During the internship a student learn about work experience, whether the job suits him or not, how the office environment, and whether he will be able to adapt. So the student can show his/her capability due to the work experience. He/she can get a direct appointment if the organization is happy with the performance.

The notice is given at a certain time or at the website. After applying, candidates are chosen according to the appropriate application process.

Tech Evangelist of Microsoft Bangladesh, Tanzim Saqib said about the Microsoft internship application process, "There is detailed information on our website regarding internships. We are giving more priority to the task of developing the Windows App. According to it, we take a written test after applying. Candidates are called for interviews who did well in the written exam.

Some organizations give allowances for internship. Some do not.

Deputy General Manager of BRAC internship program, Rakib Mohammad Ovi said, "Students can apply for Internship by filling the specific application form in the website. We do not pay any fees during internship for the selected candidates for internship. Candidates get direct job opportunities in our organization if they perform well."
