Around 72 Candidates to Compete for BRUR Admission Test

BRUR Admission Test 2014-15

A total of 90 thousand and 402 candidates applied against 1258 seats for Bachelor 1st year admission test of Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR) under the academic session 2014-2015.

Around 72 candidates will compete for each seat, which is much more than previous. University sources confirmed that. The date of admission test is not given despite the ending of application deadline.

Registrar (additional charge) Morshed-ul-Alam Rony said, still the date of admission is not announced because of some senior teachers had resigned from their additional charges. However, it will be announced soon.

20 thousand and 219 candidates applied against 195 seats in three subjects of A-Unit (Faculty of Arts). 22 thousand and 584 candidates applied against 360 seats in six subjects of B-Unit (Faculty of Social Sciences). 18 thousand and 269 candidates applied against 240 seats in four subjects of C-Unit (Faculty of Business Studies).
