JUST Admission Test on March 14

Bachelor first year admission test of Jessore University of Science & Technology (JUST) under the academic session 2013-2014 will be held on March 14, 2014, says the Vice-Chancellor Dr. Abdus Sattar at a press conference in Jessore Press Club on February 06, 2014. The admission test for 'B' unit will be taken from 9:00 am and 'A' unit from 11:00 am on March 14, 2014.

This year the admission test of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Jessore University of Science and Technology (JUST) had to be held together. But the authority of SUST cancelled the decision at an Academic Council meeting on February 05, 2014.

Account BenefitLocal peoples of Sylhet and several teachers of SUST unwilling to take the admission test by highlighted some flimsy problem. Therefore the admission test will be taken on March 2014 and candidates will face some problems for this, he added.

Approximately 12 thousand candidates will take part in the admission test for 610 seats in 16 Departments of JUST, he said. Detailed information regarding the admission test will be available at the new website of JUST (www.just.edu.com).
