Application form available from 23 May, 2012 to 21 June, 2012 (Attn: 31 May, 2012 to 08 June 2012 our office will remain close due to summer vacation)

a. Application form and necessary instructions are available on the website: http://www.iubd.net, application form may also be collected from the Office of the Dean (8.30 am to 2.00 pm, Saturday - Thursday) and submit it to the following address either personally or by post on or before June 21, 2012 up to 04:00 pm.

b. Application form must be printed on A4 size paper.

c. Application processing fee is Taka 1000/= (non-refundable) must be deposited in the form of Bank Draft or Deposit Slip in favor of the “Chairman, Evening MBA Program, Faculty of Business Administration, Islamic University, Kushtia in S.B. Account No.: 9408, Agrani Bank, Islamic University Branch, Kushtia.” Admit Card may be collected by showing the counter foil of the pay slip or bank draft from the Dean Office of the Faculty of Business Administration.
