a. Application form and necessary instructions are available on the website: http://www.iubd.net, application form may also be collected from the Office of the Dean (8.30 am to 2.00 pm, Saturday - Thursday) and submit it to the following address either personally or by post on or before June 21, 2012 up to 04:00 pm.

b. Application form must be printed on A4 size paper.

c. Application processing fee is Taka 1000/= (non-refundable) must be deposited in the form of Bank Draft or Deposit Slip in favor of the “Chairman, Evening MBA Program, Faculty of Business Administration, Islamic University, Kushtia in S.B.
