Application can be done either Online or Offline. You can follow any one method. Online Application Process:
1. First, visit the website hrdir.iitju.edu.bd and read the instruction carefully. 2. Click HRDIR Online Application
3. Fill up the online application form
4. After successfully completing the application form, you will get a PIN No.
5. through SMS to your given mobile number. Please keep the PIN No. safely.
6. Now make a payment of Tk. 850/- as application fee from your/agent's Dutch Bangla Mobile Banking account to HRDIR-JU biller ID 271. The process is as follows:
7. Using your/agent’s Dutch Bangla Mobile Banking Account, dial *322#
8. From the menu appeared, select Payment
9. Select Bill Pay
10. Enter 271 as Biller ID
11. Enter your PIN No. as Bill Number
12. Enter 850 as Amount
13. Enter your/agent’s mobile banking PIN
14. Collect Txnid (TRANSACTION ID) from the return SMS
15. To download Admit Card, visit the website hrdir.iitju.edu.bd again.
16. Click Admit Card Download.
17. Log in with your PIN No. and Txnid (Transaction ID).
18. Upload your scanned signature (300 by 80 pixel) and passport size photograph (300 by 300 pixel).
19. After submission, download/print your admit card.
Keep your Admit Card safely and bring it on the day of admission test.
