Candidates have to collect admission form and prospectus from Front Desk Office, 5th Floor on payment of Tk. 1000 in cash during office hours, 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday through Wednesday.

Following documents would be required while submitting the application form:
Attested copies of marks/grade certificates of SSC & HSC or O & A level or equivalent examinations and Others.
Attested copy of National ID card.

Account Benefit

Passed SSC/Dakhil/O level or equivalent examinations of 2014 to 2017 and HSC/Alim/A level or equivalent examinations of 2018 and 2019 securing combined minimum score 7.5 (including 4th subject). Candidates must have at least 5 subjects in O level and 2 subjects in A level. Out of 7 subjects candidates must have at least B in 4 and C in 3 Subject.
