Applicants should collect 'Application Form' from Economics Discipline office, Room No-3106, 3rd Academic Building (Ground Floor), Khulna University, Khulna, during office hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) on payment of TK. 1,000/- (One thousand) only by cash.

The completed application forms have to be submitted to the same office during office hours within the stipulated days.

Every candidate will have to send the application form filling up by himself,& herself to the Chairman, MSS Admission Test Committee, session: 2012-2013, Office Room (Room No-3106, Ground floor, 3'd Academic Building), Economics Discipline, Khulna University, Khulna directly during office hour (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) of working days or by post.

Incomplete or erroneous form will be rejected. Application sent by post and reached after the deadline shall not be considered. It is to be mentioned that the candidate will have to collect his/her admit card for admission test by applicants' own responsibility at the time of submitting the application form from Office Room (Room No-3106, Ground Floor, 3rd Academic Building), Economics Discipline, Khulna University, Khulna.

The following documents need to be attached with the application form:
a. Photocopies of the main certificate, mark sheet/transcript of the undergraduate degree.
